What to expect when you enter our doors? An open-concept custom designed space that speaks to your creative side in a big way. Inviting, artistic and fun! A place to learn the finer points about the art of distilling, to discover your favourite flavor profiles, or to simply relax and have a drink with the people you care about. Sample a little bit of everything at the bar or reserve the lounge table all in the the eclectic environment we’ve created just for you.

people per seating.

Spirits Tasting Flight $18 pp +tx
Select your choice of 3 available Bespoke spirits and a choice of mix. Sit, relax and create your own mini cocktails. Share and trade with your friends. This is your party! Hint: It is a chance to try a variety of spirits if you all choose differently. The table is yours for the hour.

Gin Sensory Workshop $45 pp +tx
More of a gin experience than a workshop! Explore and enjoy the world of gin durning this 2 1/2 hr tour. Learn what you like and, just an importanly what you don’t like about gin. We start with nosing on several individual botanicals used in gin. With the a flavor profile wheel as your guide, we blind sample 6 gins. One at time, and discuss (and laugh) as we go. We use 4 craft gins and 2 commercial gins. Bespoke gins are not in the mix - this is about you learning about gin profiles. At the end the gins are revealed. book a gin workshop
