Our focus is gins. To date having created four different ones. But all things start with vodka.

So why not bottle a superior product along the way!

White Structure

Virtue Vodka

Virtue Vodka is produced using our BC wheat/rye recipe. A smooth, subtlety sweet profile from the wheat, with a lovely mouth feel from the rye. This is an excellent sipper and top-quality cocktail mixing vodka. With only a select cut of 25 liters per run, this premium spirit warrants the title of Virtue Vodka! 

Jezebel Gin

Jezebel is a London dry gin balancing citrus and floral. Creating a versatile cocktail mixing gin. Delicate floral and botanical notes with a citrus finish. This complex but subtle gin can be sipped neat, in a martini or gin cocktail She’s a perfect fit in you cocktail bar. 

Summer Solstic Gin

Summer Solstice Gin is a lively citrus forward gin from start to finish. Perfectly made for a G&T or those summer berry cocktails. Using fresh citrus peel creates that burst of brightness.


Winter Solstice Gin

Winter Solstice Gin is made for warm cocktails and seasonal drinks. Truly a unique proving that gin is not just for summer. With all the spices of the season. Green Cardamon, Star Anise, Cinnamon, nutmeg and a kiss of Vanilla. Try it in a hot toddy or sip on its own, all through the 

Liqueurs Collection

Our current collection of liqueurs are seasonally produced in small batches each year. Using Vancouver Island product when ever we can. Black currants from Comox, quince from Ladysmith and coffee roasted in Qualicum Beach.

Now if we could find a lemon grower on Vancouver Island, we would!


Bespoke Limoncello is the epitome of liquid sunshine! Each bottle contains the nectar of four lemons creating an explosion of citrus. More tart than sweet. Sip it neat, with a splash of soda, or go all out with Prosecco for a traditional Italian Spritz.

Creme de Cassis

Organic Blackcurrants from the Comox Valley provide a rich, layered dark-berry flavor. Sweetened just enough to balance the current’s tannins and tartness. An Island spin on a French classic. Try this extremely versatile - yet underrated elixir.

Quince liqueur -

Quince fruit from Ladysmith has been resting in an apple brandy barrel from Stillhead distilleries in Duncan. Producing a truley Island product. Sweetened with organic muscovado sugar creates a soft fruit liqueur. The barrel and sugar make it reminiscent of a rum. 

Sip neat, or over ice.   

Coffee & Candied Fig Liqueur

An exquisite coffee liqueur layering Cascara from Costa Rica and coffee beans from Ethiopia, provides a deep rich coffee profile. While using exceptionally sweet Turkish figs adds the natural sugars to create a unique liqueur. Sip it over ice or add this elixir to you next coffee cocktail.
